Kristian had five siblings: Petra Marie (12.04.1898), Lars (26.04.1900), Erling (05.10.1904), Arnt (09.07.1907) and Karl (26.09.1909).

In their first years together, Theodor and Bolette lived on the farm Dal in eastern Trøgstad. Later they bought a larger farm, Langsrud, that was also a coach station.

Ragnhild Petrine was born on Trara near Momarken in Eidsberg.

Christian Paulsen died as a farmer on Østre Aarstad, but in the <folketelling> in 1900 he is listed as a porter, living in Oslo.

Povel Larsen came from Myrvold, but married Berte Jahnsdatter from Ruud in eastern Trøgstad and moved there, after he bought the farm Ruud Østre from Frans, Bertes brother, in 1826. This was not the only connection between Myrvold and Ruud. Povels brother Christian married Berthes sister Anne, and Povels sister Anne married Berthes brother Johanes.
